All Things CAD
Wether its 2D or 3D, We have you covered.
We offer almost every type of 2D and 3D cad service out there. Wether you need patent drawings done, or a complete prototype, we are here to assist you. Below are some of, but not all services we offer.
-
Technical Drawings
CAD drawings are used in a large number number of industrial and manufacturing applications. This technology is widely utilized in art and graphic design, and gives these artists a greater level of design flexibility than that of other mediums. These drawings are also used in automotive and aerospace design, as well as in the development of industrial products and equipment. Many special effects used in films and television rely on computer animation generated with CAD software. Finally, CAD drawings are a critical component of the construction and engineering trades.
With your idea, and our experience, you can turn your design into a 2D CAD drawing. Each drawing will have exact dimensions, and multi-side layouts, along with specific notes about your project.
We can have your project ready for various applications such as:
Patent and Legal
Presentation
CNC and Fabrication
Ease of Reproduction
And More... -
Stress Test Analysis
Stress test analysis is a virtual stress test process that determines where weak points are, and even parts of the objects that are the most "load bearing". Our program will determine the weak points on your object, giving you the opportunity to fix any problems pre-fabrication.
Having a stress test analysis done to your project will save you time and money.

2D Design
From Business cards to Website design, our 2D experts can assist you in creating anything 2D. We can create your vector logos, create dxfs for plotting or laser cutting/engraving, as well as create 2D cad file technical drawings for patents.

3D Design
3D Design is where we shine.

Simple Animation
Creating simple animations for your project can really make it stand out. Having your parts animate could give your client a better idea of what your project actually does. Whether its a simple rotation of a wheel, or a complex "exploding" view of an engine, we can help bring your project to life. We use software that seamlessly animates multiple objects, giving you a clean, smooth presentation for you or your clients. We can turn your idea into a 3D object that can be used for a variety of applications. Most of the 3D modeling we have done in the past has been for 3D printing.

BendLay is a revolutionary new German engineered 3D printer filament. BendLay is a heavy duty, translucent and yet flexible filament. BendLay’s transparency is being described as “plexiglass-like” as apparently BendLay will let 91% of visible light pass through its fiber. BendLay is as clear as Polycarbonate filament. This unique feature makes BendLay extremely suitable for 3D printing light-transmitting objects.
BendLay’s water absorption is only 30% of that of ABS, meaning that there will be less evaporation and therefore 3D prints are less likely to warp. BendLay sticks well to ABS and PLA, which makes this 3D printer filament also suitable for multi-material 3D prints. However, do keep in mind that BendLay gets crumbly from Acetone. So it is recommended not to smooth your ABS/BendLay multi-material 3D prints afterwards with Acetone.
Basically BendLay will come in handy for any object requiring flexibility, resilience, or light emission.

Glow in the Dark ABS has all the same properties as all of our other ABS plastics except... IT GLOWS IN THE DARK!!! This plastic is great for children's toys, and fun little side projects.

HIPS is a High Impact Polystyrene filament and has an interesting property that makes it particularly well suited as a support material - it is soluble in Limonene (easy to find on Amazon.com). If you have a dual extruder, you can 3D print with ABS and HIPS to create structures impossible to make without support. Then, a soak in Limonene (see above picture, the white portion of that cube in the HIPS and the Black is ABS) dissolves away the HIPS leaving the final part.
This material isn't recommended for use on its own. This material is used for projects like the geometric 3D prints you see all over the internet.
If you have a broken part, or just something you need reproduced, we can reverse engineer it for you.
